Colgate University is seeking an Academic Department Coordinator for the History Department and the Peace & Conflict Studies Program. This full-time role involves providing comprehensive administrative support, fostering a vibrant academic environment, and ensuring efficient departmental operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily operations and manage reception area.
  • Execute administrative procedures with attention to detail.
  • Manage calendars, itineraries, contacts, and correspondence.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and provide financial reports.
  • Plan and execute events and coordinate travel logistics.
