Overview

Colgate University is seeking an Academic Department Coordinator for its History Department and the Peace and Conflict Studies Program. This full-time role involves providing administrative support, facilitating daily operations, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication and engagement within the academic community.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily operations of the History Department and Peace and Conflict Studies Program.
  • Manage calendars, itineraries, and correspondence for the departments.
  • Monitor departmental budgets and provide regular status reports.
  • Plan and execute events, including travel arrangements and logistics.
  • Maintain department records and prepare insightful reports.
