The ideal candidate will be passionate about ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and operational efficiency. As an ABA Clinical Director, you will oversee the clinical and administrative functions of our ABA services, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional care to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee Program Operations:Manage clinical and administrative functions to ensure smooth ABA operations.Provide oversight for the ABA Clinic, ensuring excellence in service delivery.Support the Behaven Mission and Vision and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.Maintain Clinical Standards:Ensure that all clinical standards are met by the ABA team.Adhere to the highest quality of care based on current best practices and CASP guidelines.Ensure Compliance:Ensure compliance with ethical and legal standards of ABA practice.Develop, update, and implement clinical procedures in accordance with Behaven standards.Ensure billing is in compliance with Behaven and Medicaid standards.Ensure accurate and timely documentation of clinical activities and client progress.Supervision and Mentorship:Supervise and mentor BCBAs, RBTs, and other clinical and operational staff.Provide individual and group clinical supervision of behavioral health staff.Assist staff and interns with urgent clinical situations and provide supervisory crisis coverage.Develop and Implement Treatment Plans:Develop and implement individualized treatment plan templates and standards tailored to clients' needs.Monitor and Evaluate:Monitor client progress and evaluate the effectiveness of treatment plans.Make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.Coordinate Care:Coordinate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.Professional Development:Provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for staff.Conduct Team Meetings:Conduct regular team meetings to review cases, share best practices, and promote collaboration.Support Mission and Vision:Support the Behaven Mission and Vision.Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the clinic.Assist with Clinical Situations:Assist staff and interns with urgent clinical situations.Provide supervisory crisis coverage.Additional Duties:Perform other duties as assigned to maintain an effective and efficient clinic environment.Qualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.Minimum of 5 years of experience in ABA therapy, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.Strong understanding of ABA methodologies and CASP guidelines.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive collaborative efforts.High level of accountability and a result-driven mindset.Compassionate approach to client care and team support.Curiosity and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.Minimum Requirements:Master's degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field.Current BCBA or BCBA-D certification.At least 5 years of clinical experience in ABA therapy.Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a clinical setting.Strong knowledge
