Overview

As an A/B Automotive Service Technician at Park Place Lexus Grapevine, you will play a vital role in ensuring an extraordinary client experience while diagnosing and repairing vehicles with integrity. The position focuses on developing positive relationships with clients and maintaining high standards of service in line with dealership policies.

Key responsibilities

  • Examine vehicles and diagnose damage or malfunctions
  • Communicate service requests to the Assistant Service Manager (ASM)
  • Plan work procedures in cooperation with the Team Leader
  • Provide labor time estimates to the ASM
  • Monitor repair times and update the ASM on vehicle status
  • Complete documentation for client repairs
  • Assist Technician Trainees and maintain a clean work area
  • Attend company and factory training sessions
  • Adhere to federal, state, and local regulations regarding vehicle servicing
