Overview

AAA Club Alliance is seeking dependable and empathetic individuals to work as Roadside Assistance Drivers in Chester, Virginia. The role involves providing various roadside services, including tire changes, jump starts, and towing, while ensuring safety and effective communication with members.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide lock-out, fuel delivery, battery jump starts, and tire change services.
  • Perform towing and recovery services following established guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with members to ensure their safety.
  • Accurately enter call information and process payments.
  • Conduct vehicle and equipment inspections to ensure safe operating conditions.
  • Promote the AAA brand through participation in special events.

Required skills

  • Valid driver's license and ability to meet state licensing requirements.
  • 3 years of experience in an automotive/mechanical environment or customer service role.
  • Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds.
  • Effective communication skills in writing and verbally.
  • Familiarity with GPS and in-truck technology.
