The Property Manager instills confidence in our services by taking world-class care of the properties we manage.Essential ResponsibilitiesHands-on management of property portfolioManagement of Tenancy Applications and AgreementsPartnering with the Leasing Agent to prepare advertisements for available rental propertiesMaintaining regular, close contact with current clientsOrganizing repairs and maintenance for managed propertiesConducting periodic inspections of managed propertiesManaging portfolio correspondencePreparing rental arrears trackerExecuting appropriate actions against tenants in arrearsPreparing, lodging, and presenting applications to the Residential TribunalAuthorizing payment of client invoicesManaging client insurance claims and paymentsAuditing monthly and yearly rental statementsPerforming rent reviewsConducting pre-vacating inspectionsPreparing outgoing property condition reportsEntering management agreements/creating portfolios and propertiesAttending and participating in office meetingsAttending and participating in training sessions as directed by the ManagerAdhering to all procedures required in this roleProviding feedback for and participating in continuous improvement of procedures and processesOther duties as assignedKey Attributes1.
