Overview

As a 91E Machinist in the Army National Guard, you will play a crucial role in repairing and fabricating parts for military equipment. Utilizing a variety of machine tools and your mechanical skills, you will be tasked with ensuring that Soldiers have the necessary equipment to operate effectively.

  • Operate lathes, drill presses, grinders, and welding equipment

  • Study blueprints and written plans to fabricate parts
  • Cut metal stock and shape/smooth parts
