Overview

The 42A Human Resources Specialist in the Army National Guard serves as the primary resource for Soldiers seeking assistance with benefits, policies, and personnel issues. This role involves providing essential support to Soldiers' careers and maintaining various personnel management tasks within the Guard.

  • Assist on all human resource support matters
  • Oversee strength management and strength distribution
  • Ensure readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers
  • Provide postal and personnel accountability support
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
