Overview

The 42A Human Resources Specialist in the National Guard is the primary point of contact for Soldiers regarding benefits, policy inquiries, and personnel support. This role involves assisting Soldiers in managing their Guard careers while ensuring effective administrative and operational functions within the organization.

  • Assist on all human resource support matters
  • Oversee strength management and distribution actions
  • Responsible for readiness, health, and welfare of all Soldiers
  • Provide postal and personnel accountability support
