Overview

The 4-H Youth Development Community Education Specialist position at the University of California Agriculture and Natural Resources involves coordinating and managing the local 4-H Youth Development Program in Lassen County. The role focuses on providing positive youth development through outreach, program expansion, and community engagement, while ensuring compliance with relevant policies and practices.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate and monitor daily activities of the 4-H Youth Development Program.
  • Facilitate training and support for volunteers and community partners.
