We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced 3rd Shift Hydraulic Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented and safety-conscious individual with a strong work ethic and dedication to quality.Job Summary: As a 3rd Shift Hydraulic Press Brake Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hydraulic press brake machines to produce high-quality parts while adhering to all safety protocols and production schedules. You will work closely with the production team to ensure the timely completion of orders and contribute to the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.Responsibilities:Operate hydraulic press brake machines, following established procedures and safety protocolsSet up machines according to job specifications, including selecting appropriate dies, tooling, and materialRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate and efficient productionPerform quality inspections of finished products to verify conformance to specifications and maintain high-quality standardsMaintain accurate records of production, machine settings, and maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot and resolve machine issues and perform routine preventative maintenanceCollaborate with other team members to ensure smooth production flow and timely order completionFollow all safety guidelines and report any safety concerns or incidents to the supervisorMaintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and efficient work environmentParticipate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance skills and knowledgeRequirements:High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience operating hydraulic press brake machinesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work ordersStrong knowledge of press brake operations, tooling, and materialsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to use measuring instruments, such as calipers, micrometers, and gaugesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issuesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbsCommitment to following all safety guidelines and maintaining a clean and organized work areaFlexibility to work the 3rd shift schedule (6 PM to 2 AM) and overtime as neededPreferred Qualifications:Experience with CNC press brake machinesForklift certificationTo Apply: If you are a qualified candidate, please submit your resume and a brief cover letter detailing your experience and why you would be a good fit for our team.
