Coach Canada is seeking a 310T Team Lead - Coach Mechanic for their Niagara Falls location. This role involves leading a team of skilled technicians in a well-structured environment, focusing on maintenance and repair of buses and coaches. The position is stable, year-round, and offers opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support a team of 310T technicians
  • Perform mechanical troubleshooting and preventive maintenance
  • Conduct safety inspections and diagnostics on diesel systems
  • Collaborate in a clean, well-equipped workshop
  • Participate in after-hours call rotation as needed

Required skills

  • Valid 310T technician license
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Experience with diesel systems and safety inspections
  • Computer skills in Saucon, Samsara, Fleet Focus, Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
  • Valid Ontario driver's license; class BZ an asset
  • Willingness to travel to the United States
