Job Description

Overview

Raytheon is seeking a full-time RF Electrical Engineer II to join their RF/Microwave Engineering Team in Tewksbury, Massachusetts. The successful candidate will work on the design, development, testing, and integration of electronic components for defense applications, supporting various Radar programs.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements
  • Assemble RF/microwave/millimeter-wave test systems
  • Use software to control test equipment and plot test results
  • Support the MMIC and module design teams
  • Integration and test of Digital, Analog, and RF components and modules
  • Conduct circuit analysis, simulation, and troubleshooting of hardware performance issues
  • Work collaboratively to analyze Hardware and Firmware test requirements
  • Develop solutions to test issues and productivity enhancements
  • Design RF microwave components and phased array applications

Required skills

  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related STEM major
  • Experience in RF/microwave, Analog, Digital Electronics, Circuit Design or Analysis
  • Lab experience specific to RF/microwave device and circuit measurements
  • Knowledge of electrical circuit design and troubleshooting using lab equipment
  • Familiarity with software such as Python, Labview, Keysight ADS, HFSS, Cadence Virtuoso, MATLAB, CST, AutoCAD, TCAD, C++
  • Good written and oral communication skills
