Overview

Stratosphere Quality is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader for 1st/2nd shifts, responsible for overseeing quality inspection teams at various manufacturing and warehouse locations. This role requires hands-on leadership, project coordination, and regular travel to customer sites, ensuring quality and safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and support inspection teams across assigned job sites
  • Ensure all work is completed according to safety, quality, and customer requirements
  • Travel to manufacturing plants and warehouses to supervise inspection activities
  • Develop work instructions and train inspectors on proper procedures
  • Serve as interim lead when the project supervisor is unavailable
  • Inspect parts and verify quality standards are met
  • Ensure all tools, gauges, and equipment are properly issued and maintained
  • Maintain clear communication with customer and site contacts
  • Complete required documentation throughout project duration
  • Participate in ongoing training and follow company policies
