Overview

Inergroup is seeking a 1st Shift Manufacturing Process Technician in Cartersville, GA, to monitor and analyze solar cell manufacturing processes. This role requires a detail-oriented candidate to support Process Engineers in optimizing production efficiency and ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Monitor solar cell production performance in real time
  • Analyze production data and identify process fluctuations
  • Collect, organize, and report process data using MS Office and SQL
  • Adjust process parameters as instructed by Process Engineers
  • Verify compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards
  • Notify Process Engineers of unresolved production issues
  • Support data preparation for analysis and issue resolution
  • Follow standard operating procedures and uphold safety regulations

Required skills

  • 1 year of experience in manufacturing or technical support
  • Manufacturing process monitoring
  • Data analysis
  • Process optimization
  • Knowledge of SQL
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to wear full PPE for extended shifts
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
