Experience Required:
3–5+ years in sales leadership or management
Leading inbound or hybrid sales teams
SMB SaaS or subscription-based technology experience
Qualification: Not strictly required; relevant industry experience preferred
Remote: Yes (Remote-first with flexibility to work from home or office)
Role Overview:
The ANZ Sales Manager will own revenue execution across Australia and New Zealand, integrating inbound sales, new business payments, and partnership pipelines. This role ensures that diversified funnel demand converts predictably into revenue and drives pipeline growth while maintaining operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage inbound sales team across ANZ
Drive payments adoption and monetization motions for new customers
Oversee partnership-generated pipeline execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, RevOps, and Customer Success
Contribute forward-thinking ideas to improve sales outcomes
Candidate Requirements / Skills:
Proven sales leadership and pipeline management experience
Experience in SaaS, subscription-based, or fintech businesses
Strong understanding of metrics, CRM systems, and conversion tracking
Confident working cross-functionally and driving change
Autonomous, motivated, and able to influence strategy
