Role Overview

Haast is expanding into the US market and is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its early-stage GTM team.

This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are eager to help shape the company’s commercial growth strategy.

You will play a critical role in driving enterprise adoption of AI solutions, transforming compliance from a regulatory burden into a strategic advantage.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute US go-to-market strategies

  • Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline

  • Drive revenue growth by leading deals from discovery to closure

  • Deliver product demonstrations and communicate AI value effectively

  • Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer insights to influence product development

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

  • Represent Haast at industry events and expand professional networks


Candidate Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly within B2B SaaS

  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and working with large enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)

  • Strong understanding of compliance in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance)

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts

  • Startup mindset with adaptability and problem-solving ability

  • Interest in AI technologies and emerging trends


Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience working with legal, risk, or compliance teams

  • Background in startups or high-growth scale-ups
