Role Overview
Haast is expanding into the US market and is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join its early-stage GTM team.
This is a high-impact, high-ownership role ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced startup environments and are eager to help shape the company’s commercial growth strategy.
You will play a critical role in driving enterprise adoption of AI solutions, transforming compliance from a regulatory burden into a strategic advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute US go-to-market strategies
Build and manage a strong enterprise sales pipeline
Drive revenue growth by leading deals from discovery to closure
Deliver product demonstrations and communicate AI value effectively
Act as the voice of the market, sharing customer insights to influence product development
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
Represent Haast at industry events and expand professional networks
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in enterprise sales, particularly within B2B SaaS
Track record of exceeding sales targets and working with large enterprises (e.g., Fortune 500)
Strong understanding of compliance in regulated industries (e.g., finance, insurance)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
Startup mindset with adaptability and problem-solving ability
Interest in AI technologies and emerging trends
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience working with legal, risk, or compliance teams
Background in startups or high-growth scale-ups

Base Salary: $120,000 – $150,000 (USD) + performance incentives
