Job Overview
As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead Redis’ sales activities and operations in the Indonesia and ANZ markets. You will manage a growing team of sales professionals, expanding the customer base, increasing revenue from existing clients, and executing strategic account planning. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with deep experience in SaaS sales, subscription models, and sales team management.
Key Responsibilities
Drive strategic account planning and tactical sales execution across the region.
Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.
Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.
Oversee regional marketing and sales programs.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales organization.
Expand and accelerate the regional sales funnel.
Maintain reporting systems for business reviews and meetings.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of proven sales team management experience.
10+ years of direct sales experience.
Deep understanding of subscription-based software and strategic software licensing.
Knowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies.
Experience selling through partners and managing KPIs to drive team performance.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely and travel up to 30% of the time.
Preferred / Nice to Have:
Experience with database sales.
Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
