Job Overview

As a Regional Sales Director, you will lead Redis’ sales activities and operations in the Indonesia and ANZ markets. You will manage a growing team of sales professionals, expanding the customer base, increasing revenue from existing clients, and executing strategic account planning. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader with deep experience in SaaS sales, subscription models, and sales team management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Drive strategic account planning and tactical sales execution across the region.

  • Manage accurate monthly and quarterly forecasting.

  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships to ensure retention and loyalty.

  • Oversee regional marketing and sales programs.

  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales organization.

  • Expand and accelerate the regional sales funnel.

  • Maintain reporting systems for business reviews and meetings.


Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven sales team management experience.

  • 10+ years of direct sales experience.

  • Deep understanding of subscription-based software and strategic software licensing.

  • Knowledge of SaaS and cloud technologies.

  • Experience selling through partners and managing KPIs to drive team performance.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work remotely and travel up to 30% of the time.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

  • Experience with database sales.

  • Salesforce (SFDC) experience.
