Compensation
AUD $60,000 – $110,000 per year
Base salary + performance-based commission
Job Overview
CoVet is seeking an experienced and results-driven Account Executive to join its remote-first team. This role focuses on driving business growth within the veterinary industry through lead generation, client relationship management, and strategic sales activities.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the veterinary or pet care industry and a strong background in outbound sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
Execute targeted cold calling strategies to generate leads and drive business growth
Meet daily call and outreach targets
Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
Establish and nurture client relationships
Conduct initial sales conversations and support the sales pipeline
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth client onboarding
Support and mentor junior team members
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in outbound calling and lead generation
Background in veterinary or pet care industry (mandatory)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage and grow early-stage client relationships
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage
Self-motivated with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Additional Skills (Preferred)
Experience in a startup environment
Ability to handle product demonstrations and broader sales responsibilities
Multilingual abilities (non-English languages are a plus)
Adaptability and willingness to contribute to a fast-paced team
