Job Overview

As a Regional Account Executive, you will be responsible for selling Redis Enterprise to enterprise customers, driving adoption of the real-time data platform that powers mission-critical applications worldwide. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys owning a territory while scaling business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth in your territory.

  • Identify, qualify, and nurture a robust pipeline in collaboration with internal teams.

  • Close deals to exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quota objectives.

  • Build trusted relationships with customers at Executive, IT leadership, and Developer levels.

  • Demonstrate the business value of complex Redis solutions in a clear, consultative manner.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of quota-carrying software sales experience to enterprise customers.

  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Ability to build and execute an Account Plan to close new logo opportunities.

  • Strong communication skills with an ability to present complex solutions simply.

  • Entrepreneurial, competitive, and consultative sales mindset.

  • Experience selling open-source software for cloud, on-premise, and hybrid deployments.
