Role Overview:
The Senior Customer Success Coach ensures customers gain maximum value from the Timely platform. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, overseeing onboarding, managing “at-risk” clients, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead ANZ coaching team and mentor Customer Success Coaches

  • Oversee onboarding processes tailored to customer segments

  • Drive feature adoption and strategic engagement with “at-risk” customers

  • Identify revenue growth and upsell opportunities

  • Ensure smooth data migration and customer training

  • Promote scalable coaching processes aligned with business goals

Candidate Requirements:

  • Deep experience in SaaS and hair & beauty / wellness industries

  • Proven leadership and coaching abilities
