Role Overview:
The Senior Customer Success Coach ensures customers gain maximum value from the Timely platform. The role involves leading and mentoring a team, overseeing onboarding, managing “at-risk” clients, reducing churn, and identifying upsell opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead ANZ coaching team and mentor Customer Success Coaches
Oversee onboarding processes tailored to customer segments
Drive feature adoption and strategic engagement with “at-risk” customers
Identify revenue growth and upsell opportunities
Ensure smooth data migration and customer training
Promote scalable coaching processes aligned with business goals
Candidate Requirements:
Deep experience in SaaS and hair & beauty / wellness industries
Proven leadership and coaching abilities
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong autonomy and teamwork capabilities
